Due to the nature of international shipping and specialty sourcing, we do not accept returns for change of mind (e.g., wrong color, preference change, accidental purchase).
However, we will support you in the following cases:

If you experience an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue
We will review your request and offer:
- A refund (partial or full), or
- A replacement (if available)
📦 Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with Japan Post. Resolution times vary depending on the postal service.
No refunds will be issued for packages delayed due to customs or local postal conditions.
