📍 Shipping Origin

All orders are handled and dispatched by us to ensure authenticity and quality control.

Most items are sourced from Japan, however, due to high demand and product availability, some popular items are sourced from other regions such as China or additional overseas suppliers.

For these items, products are first delivered to our processing partner, then forwarded to Japan for final inspection and international dispatch.

⏱ Estimated Processing & Delivery Time

For Japan-sourced products, delivery usually takes up to 14 business days after dispatch.

For high-demand items or products sourced outside Japan, additional processing time is required due to cross-border sourcing, inspection, and consolidation before shipment.

As a result, total delivery time may be longer than standard estimates.

Estimated transit times after dispatch:

• USA: 7–14 business days

• Canada: 7–14 business days

• Europe / UK: 7–14 business days

• Asia: 3–7 business days

• Australia: 4–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, public holidays, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.

• Require sourcing from other regions before shipment

These circumstances are normal for limited, popular, or exclusive items and are not considered delays.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination country

• Total parcel weight

🎟 Ichiban Kuji (Lottery) Special Arrangement

For all Ichiban Kuji and lottery-based products, please note the following specific terms:

Release & Transit Time: Delivery timelines are subject to the official manufacturer's release schedule.

Arrival Notification: Customers will be notified individually via email or Instagram DM once the prizes have arrived at our warehouse and are ready for dispatch.

Shipping Fee Arrangement: The initial price includes an estimated shipping fee for standard-sized items. However, as prize sizes vary significantly, if you win a large item (e.g., plushies or cushions), an additional shipping surcharge will be calculated separately once your specific prizes are confirmed and ready for final dispatch.

Final Agreement: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these shipping terms and the potential for additional shipping costs based on your lottery results.
