Refund Policy

Due to the nature of international shipping and specialty sourcing, we do not accept returns/refund for change of mind (e.g., wrong color, preference change, accidental purchase).

However, we are committed to providing excellent service and will fully support you under the specific frameworks outlined below.

✔ Wrong Item Received

If you experience an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the item
  3. Photos of the packaging
  4. Description of the issue

We will review your request and offer:

  • A refund (partial or full), or
  • A replacement (if available)

📦 Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with Japan Post. Resolution times vary depending on the postal service.

No refunds will be issued for packages delayed due to customs or local postal conditions.

 

📦 Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Orders

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and deliverable shipping address at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will attempt to contact you via email for an address update.

If no response or valid address is provided within 60 days of the initial delivery attempt, the order will be considered abandoned and automatically cancelled without a refund.

If you respond within this period and provide a valid address, we will happily arrange a redelivery, though additional shipping fees may apply. In the event that an undeliverable order is returned to us and a cancellation is requested, all shipping fees remain strictly non-refundable.


🌐 Conditional International Returns

Returned items must be completely unopened, unaltered, unused, and in their original resaleable condition with all official tags, packaging, and seals intact.
Eligible customers must notify us of their intent to return within 14 days.

All returns are made at your own risk. For your protection, we strongly recommend returning items via a reputable courier or tracked postal service.

All return logistics, return shipping costs, and import duties are to be sustained entirely at the customer's expense. 
All aforementioned administrative fee, gateway, and logistics costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Approved international returns/refund are standardly issued as Store Credit after the expense for return has been deducted.
