1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Kireimono website, you agree to our Terms of Service and related policies.

2. Authenticity Guarantee

All items are authentic and sourced through legitimate Japanese channels.

3. Order Processing

Standard processing time is 5–7 business days. Special sourcing items may require additional time.

4. Payment

We accept:

• Credit cards

Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed.

5. Shipping & Customs

Products ship mostly from Japan. Once the item is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kireimono is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the order value.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content... is the property of Kireimono or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update our policies. Changes will be posted with an updated “Last Revised” date.

9. Lottery Draw Service

These terms apply to the Chiikawa Lottery Draw Service and are to be read together with our existing policies.

1. Service Description

This service operates as a lottery draw service, where we enter the lottery on the customer’s behalf.
Prizes are determined entirely by chance and are not selectable at the time of purchase.

2. Order Finality & No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of lottery draws:
• All orders are final once placed
• No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are permitted, regardless of draw outcome or prize preference

3. Draw Process & Transparency
• Each order will be included in a fully recorded draw process
• Draw recordings will be shared via Instagram or Email
• Recordings are retained for a limited period only and may not be available indefinitely

4. Priority Allocation System
• Customers may submit a Priority Form indicating preferred prize styles

Allocation is based on:
• Official draw result
• Submitted priority order
• Actual stock availability upon arrival
• Submission of a priority list does not guarantee allocation of specific styles

If no priority form is submitted by the stated deadline, prizes will be randomly assigned

5. Pricing & Shipping Charges

The purchase price includes:
• Lottery draw entry service
• Basic shipping fee for standard-sized prizes

Due to significant size differences between prizes, If a large prize (including Prize A, B, or C) is drawn, an additional shipping surcharge may apply.
Final shipping costs will be calculated and invoiced separately once items arrive and dimensions are confirmed.

6. Estimated Shipping & Delays

All shipping timelines provided are estimates only. Delays caused by manufacturers, logistics providers, customs authorities, or force majeure events are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

7. Product Condition Disclaimer
Lottery prizes may contain minor manufacturing imperfections or box damage.

We reserve the right of final interpretation regarding:
